2.1 Analytics (GoatCounter)

Hierarchie uses GoatCounter Analytics, a privacy-first self-hosted analytics solution. GoatCounter:

Sets no cookies on your browser
Collects no personally identifiable data
Records only: page views, traffic sources, device type, approximate country — all anonymised
Does not sell or share data with third parties
Data hosted in the European Union

Legal basis: legitimate interest (service improvement) — no consent required (no cross-site tracking, no cookies).

2.2 Advertising (Google AdSense)

Hierarchie displays ads via Google AdSense (Google LLC, USA). Google AdSense may set measurement and personalisation cookies.

Purpose: contextual or personalised advertising
Data: anonymised IP, advertising identifiers, browsing behaviour
Legal basis: consent or legitimate interest for non-personalised contextual ads
International transfer: yes — to the USA, under EU Standard Contractual Clauses

2.3 Contact Form

When you use our contact form, we collect:

Name (or alias): to address our reply to you
Email address: to respond to your enquiry
Subject and message: content of your request
IP address and timestamp: for anti-spam purposes only

Retention: 12 months maximum.
Recipients: Léandro Sierra only — no sharing with third parties.
